Kim Cameron,

Partner, Strategy Execution and Enablement

Kim has over 20 years in B2B sales and sales technologies experience. Her expertise lies in everything sales; sales, sales process, sales training, account and opportunity planning, sales technologies, sales strategy and sales insights.

For ~15 years, Kim had the unique pleasure to work as vice president of research and products at CSO Insights. A widely known and highly regarded sales and marketing research firm where she was responsible for the overall management of CSO Insights research and projects.

​

Currently, Kim is working with Sales Mastery, an AI research and sales-as-a-profession company founded by Jim Dickie and Barry Trailer after CSO Insights where she assists in their AI projects.

​

Kim’s sales career started with Miller Heiman, a global sales training and consulting company long recognized as the leader in sales process and methodology. She served as Miller Heiman’s senior director of product development where she was responsible for developing new training products and improving the overall operations of developing, maintaining, and delivering existing programs. First year strategies included developing new instructor led programs, introducing new web-based products, and implementing processes to ensure Miller Heiman continued to deliver high quality, value-based programs.

After Miller Heiman, Kim was vice President of professional services at StreetSmarts, a Seismic-like sales enablement company targeted to sales and sales enablement professionals. Kim was responsible for developing and providing implementation services and training to customers including Smith Barney, Premier Healthcare, Bowe Bell+Howell, and more.

Kim graduated from Sierra Nevada University and holds a BS in Business and Management Information Systems.
