Jerone Jackson
Managing Partner
Jerone Jackson has built a career of leadership in successfully building, developing, and managing sales organizations for increased revenue and profit. His extensive background includes strategic planning, forecasting, recruiting, training, team building, market and competitive analysis, budgeting, product development, consulting, and training. He is also certified to deliver Extended DISC and 360° Assessments.

Some of the clients he has assisted in building sales operating systems, implementing sales process and methodology, and training include Sodexo, Catalyst Corporate Credit Union, Elsevier, O’Neal Steel, Nielsen, Pacific Western Bank, Agilent Technologies, B. Braun Medical, Passport Heath, LexisNexis, Belden Wire and Cable, Procuri, Inc., BAE Aerospace, and Regus.

Prior to joining ZZ Sales Systems as Managing Partner, Jerone co-founded the James Paul Group, an advisory and performance improvement firm assisting commercial banks. Jerone also served as the Chief Sales Officer and Executive Vice President for Miller Heiman, a global sales training and consulting company long recognized as the leader in sales process and methodology. Before joining Miller Heiman, he served as Vice President of Sales for Kinko’s Inc., where he built a sales organization as Kinko’s expanded into the commercial documentation business. Jerone began his sales and management career in 1978 with the John Harland Company, where he held the position of Vice President of National Accounts before joining Kinko’s.
