John has over 40 years’ experience in Sales, Sales Management, Sales Training and Development, Marketing and CRM Integration experience. Prior to joining ZZ Sales, John has recently facilitated numerous sales consulting engagements.

​

As a collaborator with ZZ Sales, John’s mission is to partner with companies in need of improving their sales effectiveness through simplification and adoption of proven sales methodology and processes. His extensive background in sales and sales management gives him experience and insight to the trends and needs of many organizations that seek sales process improvement. The improved sales process improvement then results in optimization of the CRM and increased productivity and elevated sales results.

Prior to sales consulting, John worked successfully with many companies in the health sciences marketplace including Gambro, Baxter, Pyxis, IMED, Becton Dickinson and Allergan.

John’s professional career includes internal consulting in CRM, Sales Methodology, Sales Process implementation and CRM integration with Salesforce.com. He has facilitated Miller Heiman Conceptual and Strategic Selling programs and Achieve Global Professional Selling Skills. He has also been successful in the implementation of Sales Coaching from a practical and conceptual perspective.
