 DiSC® Self-Assessment

Your Success With Our Disc® Self-Assessment

Your success is determined in large part by how well you interact with your employees and other people. Your ability to effectively relate, communicate, influence, and motivate others is a crucial skill in succeeding in your profession and creating successful, long-term relationships with subordinates, managers, customers, prospects, colleagues, friends, and family members.

Whether cultivating working relationships, developing managers, improving leadership effectiveness, confronting conflict with the power of a positive approach or unlocking the key to emotional intelligence, DiSC® will help you to understand and identify the strategies to meet the unique needs of your organization, and of your people.

The DiSC® model divides people into four main behavioral styles. Individuals are identified as either People-oriented or Task-oriented. They are further distinguished as Reserved or Active. The resulting personality profiles (DiSC® Profiles) are called:

D-style (Dominance)
I-style (Influence)
S-style (Steadiness)
C-style (Correctness)
