Connie West has spent her career in helping financial institutions and online marketing organizations increase their profits, grow their market share, and achieve their goals by improving Employee Engagement , the Customer Experience, Employee Development, and marketing skills. Connie helps employees at all levels thrive by knowing, using and further developing their strengths. She believes everyone can achieve and develop superior results and wellbeing by focusing on strengths rather than weaknesses.
This focus on strengths carries over how staff learns and is incorporated in Connie’s training methods and curriculum development. Because better trained and engaged staff are better at serving their customers, she focuses on making the learning fun, interactive and engaging whether in person or online.
For the past 25 years, Connie has helped financial institutions develop their employees and one to one marketing programs. She has been providing webpage development, tech support and training for online clients for the past 6 years.
Connie is a graduate of Kent State University and The Ohio State University, where she earned a Bachelor ‘s degree in both General Business and Marketing. She is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and Gallup Q12 Employee Engagement Implementation Expert.
