It is integrated with the Call Planning application so that all customer contact and frequency is documented in one place. The application displays in a scorecard format whether or not sales reps are meeting the design frequency of calling on specific customers. Managers will see immediately where there are gaps in coverage so they can take appropriate action.

The Sales Management Application provides very detailed visibility in a scorecard format that shows exactly what coaching front-line managers are providing to their sales reps. Directors and Vice Presidents also have visibility to what their direct reports are coaching to.
